This is a great find in the Bellevue area. Price is very reasonable given comparable options locally. The food is well done, tasty and delicious and the portions are generous. The salad bar has a huge and wonderful variety of vegetables and other options. I particularly enjoyed the kale salad and side dishes. Servers were friendly and consistently brought freshly cooked cuts of some very tasty meats. The drink menu is expansive, particularly the whisky and wines, and sweet Brazilian mixed drink options. Hostess was very lovely. She greeted us promptly, was very attentive, and sat us immediately. The atmosphere was impressive and I could see havingan event here. Highly recommend this restaurant. Easy to make reservations on Open Table too!

Disappointing Return Visit to NovilhosI’ve been to Novilhos several times before and have always left impressed by the attentive service and generous variety of meats served. However, Saturday night November th visit was a far cry from the usual experience, and unfortunately, it seems they were having an off night.Service and Atmosphere:One of the standout features has always been the attentive and well-organized service. But this time, it was clear the restaurant was severely understaffed. We had to wait far too long to get drinks or even see our server, and it quickly became apparent that the team was stretched thin. Staff seemed frazzled, and it affected everything to the overall dining experience. We were seated in the back room, away from the main area. While I assumed we’d still get the same attentive service as the front, it felt like we were forgotten back thereFood and Variety:At a Brazilian steakhouse restaurant, variety and pacing are key. Unfortunately, this time around, we were only offered about five different cuts of meat, and the same selections kept coming by repeatedly. It seemed like they were circulating what they had available, but it was a letdown compared to the usual abundance. Not only was the variety limited, but the pacing was also off, with long gaps between meat servings. We asked for the house special Picanah multiple times before it arrived and was served to the table right beside us and the server quickly walked away before i could stop him to get a piece. We were also skipped many times while the meat servers were walking by and yes our sign were both on green.Overall:I understand that sometimes staffing issues happen, but this experience fell below expectations, especially given how excellent this place can be when everything is running smoothly. I hope this was just an off night and that Novilhos can bounce back, as it’s usually a favorite. But if this were my first visit, I’d probably hesitate to come back.

It’s always a pleasure to see Dio! Always smiling, making amazing suggestions, and making sure we have the best experience.Food was great. I like the variety of the buffet and the meat was at the right temperature. Cheese bread, fried polenta, mashed potatoes, and fried banana... delicious! All the staff is great, but Dio has the extra “touch”. We will be back!Vegetarian options: on the buffet, many options can be foundDietary restrictions: Keto, diabetic optionsWheelchair accessibility: Yes!
